The Joint Bench of Supreme Court of Nepal headed by Honourable Justice Sh. Anil Kumar Sinha and Honourable Justice Dr. Sh. Manoj Kumar Sharma has ordered in the writ no. 076-wo-0966 and 076-wo-0974 that the notice of Inland Revenue Department for payment of tax and file return by Ashad 07, is not to be implemented till lockdown period and to make arrangements for filing of returns and pay tax in 30 days plus the transit period after the lockdown is fully lifted. 

It also ordered to ease the process of filing of returns and payment of tax post lockdown period.

And also to reconsider the aftermath effect of post lock down and provide necessary relief to the affected tax payers.
